We currently offer home delivery across Pune, with our shop in Keshavnagar, Mundhwa and our production unit in Wadgaon Sheri. If you're outside these areas, message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know whether delivery is possible.

Since our oils are unrefined and free of preservatives, we recommend storing them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and using them within the period noted on the bottle label. Refrigeration isn't required, but keeping the cap tightly closed helps preserve freshness and aroma.

Because nothing is refined or chemically stabilised, small natural variations in colour, thickness or clarity from batch to batch are normal and are actually a sign that the oil hasn't been processed to mask these differences.

We currently accept payment via UPI and cash on delivery for orders placed through WhatsApp or phone. Details are confirmed at the time your order is finalised.

Because these are consumable food products, we're unable to accept returns once a seal is opened. If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.

Yes — our jaggery, seeds and rock salt are sourced and packed with the same principle of no added chemicals or artificial processing that we apply to our oils.
